Afshin is considered one of the most proficient negotiators in the southern Nevada area. In addition to real estate, settlement and contract negotiation, Afshin’s practice includes both civil and criminal matters.

Born in Iran in 1967, Afshin was educated in Iran, Greece and the United States. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 1994. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 1997.

While attending law school, Afshin worked as a Court Certified Legal Intern for a civil litigation firm and took the Nevada State Bar exam in 1997. In 1998, he worked in the San Diego District Attorney's office in the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement. He then went to work in the private sector for insurance defense firms in California and Nevada. Afshin is fluent in Greek and Farsi and maintains a diverse group of clientele. He is experienced in handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, mass tort litigation, construction defect litigation and criminal law.

Afshin is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, California Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
