Lewis has extensive civil litigation and trial experience in both State and Federal court. In addition, he has experience in criminal cases, particularly drunk driving matters. As a member of the Clark County-Eighth Judicial District panel of arbitrators, Lewis is regularly selected by both plaintiff and defense attorneys to serve as an arbitrator in personal injury cases and is also called upon to serve as a mediator in litigated disputes.

His personal practice focuses primarily on matters involving premises liability, automobile negligence, medical malpractice and general personal injury. His experience also includes complex tort litigation, contractual disputes and family law. Lewis has served as lead trial counsel on premises liability cases, automobile cases and more. Such cases have involved minor soft tissue injuries as well as severe injuries to the spine and brain. Many of Lewis’ active cases require extensive knowledge of spinal surgeries and therapies due to the complexity and severity of injury being claimed. He has a BV Martindale Hubbell rating.

A native of Colorado, Lewis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1987. He received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1991.

Lewis is admitted to practice in Nevada, Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Colorado Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
